Our Vision

We started dreaming about our own mountain farm around 2012 ...

We've been actively planning since 2021 and once we saw this piece of land become available in 2022, we switched the plans to actions to realize our dreams.

We envisioned land large enough to offer some Key Elements to expand on our dreams::

- a solid investment as a result of ongoing research, due diligence, 

risk mitigation and strategic planning.

- living off the land through food gardens & multiple income streams including agriculture.

- a healthy outdoor lifestyle guided & supported by nature

- security through location & topography

Property Ownership

The company, registered as a Pty Ltd, owns the whole property, with shareholders (currently 2) owning shares, not land and relates to as "exclusive use areas" or "Use Right Structuring".

As a shareholder, you enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of your home on the property, offering you a personal and secure retreat within a pristine environment.

The land will remain a single farm​ and the company owns 100% of the land.​

Shareholders Agreement

Our comprehensive Shareholders Agreement establishes clear guidelines for the management and governance of the property as a company asset, ensuring that all shareholders are aligned with the company’s values and objectives

 

It outlines each shareholder's rights and responsibilities, including the management of exclusive use areas (alien clearing/fire breaks etc), decision-making processes on key matters affecting the value of the farm such as property developments and maintenance.

This legally binding agreement mitigates risk, fosters transparency, mutual respect and collaboration among shareholders - providing a secure framework & long-term vision for the company.

Long term Options

We aim to create a living environment of like-minded individuals as neighbors with the long-term possibility of up to 6 shareholders, currently at two, spread out over the full farm with privacy in mind.

Subdivision of agricultural land is not possible currently, yet can be explored. The option of a Private Nature Reserve is being explored yet depends on rezoning specific areas of the farm as the objective is agriculture & forestry.

Any further developments from shareholders will have to adhere to our goals of privacy, security, farm aesthetics, peace and overall property value increase.

An Eco-systemic Design approach offers guidance for the building process and aims at growing the value of the land & thus each shareholder's investment.

The size of The Farm offers ample space for private and secluded homes for 3 Tier A shareholders.

Long Term
Projects

We are planning to continue with forestry and timber, Eco cottages and possibly a small multi-functional venue in the northern gorge.

Symbiotic relationship with Nature

Any current & future developments will have to adhere to our Eco approach to house design, respecting nature and restoring natural vegetation.

Future Possibilities

We are currently investigating the process and possibility of a Private Nature Reserve on sections of the farm - within the agricultural goals - either of these align with our long term visions best and offers increase & security for shareholders' investment and over-all land value as well.
